This site is maintained by the Dawson Ranch HOA, and volunteer members. It is designed to be a communication center and information resource for residents, members, and potential homeowners.

Dawson Ranch is a Planned Development Community located in Canon City, Colorado, just south of the main downtown area. We presently have approximately 425 homes in our community with about 150 lots remaining to be developed.  Spectacular mountain sunrises and sunsets are almost daily events. Our low-humidity, high-desert environment combined with an average of over 325 days of sunshine per year, makes this a hard combination to resist. Convenience to the major shopping, medical, airports and other amenities are an easy drive to Colorado Springs or Pueblo. World class hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, white-water sports and outdoor recreation are at your doorstep. Local schools are excellent and Canon enjoys a fine variety of shops, restaurants, local amenities, medical facilities, and a pleasant small-town atmosphere.
